Title: Help about Paddle Steamer in 6mm
Post by: Pupikiza on 08 June 2008, 12:39:45 PM
I'm looking for a paddle-steamer -  and  any other "Nile boat stile"  -  for my 6mm British vs  Mahadist project.
I find one in Nawar range but don't look very well.
Someone can help me please?

Cheers

I've not seen anything in 1/300, the nearest I've come across would be Peter Pig 1/600 (3mm ?) ACW range :

Some nice looking pieces there but they would be underscale.

Otherwise I'd suggest looking at Magister Militum, they have lots of naval stuff (but not sure that I have seen anything for 6mm before) :

Irregular Miniatures make one in their colonial range. Picture isn't very inspiring but it might suit (picture grabbed from their site)

Can't say as I blame you, maybe scratchbuild one?

I found these which might have some useful native boats for you

Auction:

1) Probably  i have used a wrong phrase.
As "point out " i will say  "report" or "suggestion" .
   Sorry  :)

3) Scratchbuilt a steamer is out of my abilities at the moment  ;)
But i can try it in the futures.

2) Dohw  is   exactly that i looking for
