At 18:50 they are showing 'the extraordinarily adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec'. Pre war heroine adventures with a pterodactyl menacing Paris. Directed by Luc Besson.

Thanks for letting us know. I've heard of it, but at the time couldn't find a DVD of it (now I search again and it's on Amazon).
Sure my kids will like it too.

Oh yes, definitely worth watching. I was happy to find an English dubbed version last year.  ;)

Bah! Film 4 isn't amongst the choices on the hotel TV and it's too far to get home to set up the machine to record it! :(

I have several of the Jacques Tardi comics the movie's based on. I can assure you that the source material is quite bonkers too.  lol
