Post by: Khurasan Miniatures on 24 January 2014, 06:03:53 PM
We are very pleased to release the first in what will be multiple sets of 15mm models for dungeon or other high fantasy adventure gaming -- a set of Fantasy Adventurers

TOP ROW: Gazenflamme the Wizard; Eäring the female Half-Elven Mage; Thrilmi the Dwarf fighter; Super Nige the hardbitten hireling and his son, Half Nige; BOTTOM ROW: Mildu Shortstuff, Halfling rogue; Muskelberg the Barbarian; Treviloziti the Gnome Illusionist; Inthewë, Elven fighter; Britnee von Spearmaiden, female barbarian; RIGHT SIDE (of course): Sir Eptishus the Knight

Steve Dean has done a great job painting these very characterful models.  Available now, at the link below:

Damn you again! ;)

now if only I could find a way of avoiding the local postage offices ridiculous extortion charges for importing from the states.

Seriously though some really nice minis, seems like your building quite a collection of fantasy 15s now.

Very nice, but I can't wait to see your take on Elves and Dwarves!

I REALLY WANT SOME DECENT 15MM DWARVES MR K!!!!

Ones that don't look like they're from the Renaissance period... or touting guns etc etc...

They are a CHARMING array of Adventurers AND BEAUTIFULLY painted. If I & my eyes were younger, you'd have an avid customer. GREAT WORK!

Those are exactly the ones I'm not keen on. The rest of demonworlds stuff is excellent. However the dwarves and humans I'am not interested in. Too much 1990s warhammer style, which I'am not a fan of.

How about the Copplestone Dwarves? Not very Warhammer-like, IMO, and fantastic sculpts.

I do have some of them, and they are very nice, but I doubt we will see anything more from copplestone, at least not for a long time. All they have currently are spearmen and axe men, so unfortunately without any ranged troops its difficult to outfit a 'proper' little warband.

I have had a look at Splintered lights dwarves, they're cute and all, but I'd like something that looked a little serious.

Personally Dwarves similar the ones in the hobbit/lotr (I.E not an overly ridiculous amount of facial/head hair on ALL of them and knees) would be brilliant. Some in more unique sets of armour as Mercenaries, or different city states, as opposed to just stunted vikings would be brilliant. lol
