Post by: Kadzik on 25 January 2014, 03:38:30 PM: We've been playing Muskets & Tomahawks for some time, but I was able to finish some cabins after almost a year.

Miniatures are from Crusader. Sculpt is quite nice, but small variety make then not so great for skirmishes.

I'm working on militia for AWI. They are from Perry but with small conversions of hats, to make them more suitable for northern theatre and Sullivan expedition.

Soon I will finish some Compagnies Franchs/Canadian Militia and about dozen of Indians :)

How are you going to finish off the bases?
Standard way: drybrush with light sand paint then some dark green flock and light green static grass.

Belfry is a separate piece (as you can see in second picture, where it's unpainted) with magnetic connection, so allow more comfortable storage and is more fluffy-players friendly during gameplay :) Also this allows me to easy make antoher belfry from different part of world, f.e. with cupola to act as a Russian orthodox church.
Dimensions are 21 cm length, 15 width and 16 high in the highest point of roof.
