Nice visor as per usual mate ;)
I Have to say pretty u inspiring pose. Paint ace as ever but posing imho meh.
-
Beautiful. :o
I love how you did the base. Pray tell how you did it please.
-
Superb :-* :-* :-*

I love the pose. Then again I'm getting sick of the over dramatic poses found on many science fiction miniatures nowadays. Do we really need a trooper running at full tilt, blazing away with a gun twice his size?
The painting is superb! I am always amazed at your work.

Exactly what he said... :D

There's a middle ground though, if you took out the weapon it could be a suitrack.
That said we all agree on David's paint skills. ;)

Amazing brushwork David, as usual!
I'm REALLY liking this design for human sci-fi figures from Hasslefree. I hope they don't change the final product too much, and hope they expand the range.

I'm with the Commander. If a couple new poses come out, I'll be on them.
And yes, Dwartist can paint :) I really enjoy the lack of outlines, super crisp.

Just jumping in about the options etc.
While I like the pose (It can look quite dramatic when viewed from certain angles, broody etc) there will be different poses available in metal as part of this prototype process, for those who want a bit more action to them, then a hard-plastic boxset is the planned end result which will be multipart and multipose (But that is months away from fruition and will likely go the KS route).
In the meantime Kev will work out the kinks in the design by creating a small squad in resin and metal. The male's helmet is the one moving forward, the females is designated as a scout helmet and matches the very first prototypes armour.

Fantastic. :o
Love the "HF" on the gun. :D

That's surprising news-I think the design will be well received in hard plastic.

We hope so. It's a steep learning curve for Kev but he has all the basic tools in spades so it's a matter of him learning the new medium.
He picked the project as his opener because of the straight line work, it's pretty much the only thing he's a bit jealous of in digital sculpting :) (Well and the prices for plastic of course).
The project has put on hold any other KS ideas we had so another reasosn for hoping this one is as successful as we hope it will be.

Been touted on Kevo's faceache page for a while. Looking forward to seeing the results in the knobro...erm plastic! ;)

I don't think there'll be any problems there Artemis. :D

Should these make it into plastic, I'd be all over them like a cheap suit.
I have no particular use for them (yet :D ), and I've got loads of other Scifi troops lying around, but such a line would be a no-brainer to buy... ;)
See: no problems at all! ;D

These look good for a range of sub-genres. Multi option plastics would indeed be very useful.
