Just to let you know the ACW Plastic Artillery are now available on the website
-
Definite for Salute if not before.............

Great!
-
I'm waiting for the limber to appear as a sprue! :D
-
but the limbers are included....
or do You mean single sprue for sale?
-
Yes, I have loads of Perry metal guns and crews, a few limbers would be useful.
As an entry level army now, ACW must surely be the cheapest. All the artillery, Infantry and Cavalry you need, just add generals to finish off.
-
Simple...buy the plastic set, use a bunch of the bits, use the plastics for making destroyed guns. :-*

You naughty man! :o
-
You're talking to a guy who bought Wargames Factory WSS artillery to make guns for ships, and pirates... :? :D
-
I'm hoping Perry throws us a good federal infantry set sometime.
-
That'll be a while, two packs of WOTR and a pack of AWI to come. I imagine it'll be 2015 before anything appears after that.
-
The ACW Union set is on the cards according to the brand spanking new Perry FB page but yes, I agree it will probably be a while before it sees the light of day.
-
I wish someone would make us a French light infantry set. There are so many minor nations and specialty unit conversions that could be made, and we could finally have legere battalions. Frustrating.
-
If only the boffins would hurry up and develop human cloning we could have a warehouse full of Perry's, working flat out 24/7.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, those boys make lovely toys.
-
I never thought I'd say that, but I'd rather clone Paul Hicks....
or Mike Owen ....
-
I'm feeling an inkling of a new reality TV show, "Celebrity Figure Sculptor."
It would come down to the last four, the finale being a big sculpt-off to see who can create an entire obscure army in a week.........
And then I woke up! :'(

lol lol lol

I suggested to Peter, who bought these for his metal as casualty markers to do something different.
he now has exploding caissons, guns firing leaping back on the trail, beads as cannon balls smashing through the wheels and a load more, exploding shell all GREAT markers.
