Title: 28mm modern insignia transfers

Does anyone else know if there's a manufacturer making decals or transfers of modern subdued US flags and other uniform insignia? I've found a couple sites offering them in 1:32 scale, but nothing sizable for the Empress US Army troops I'm prepping.
