Title: DEVGRU - painting / uniform question
Post by: Mick_in_Switzerland on 16 February 2014, 05:18:58 PM
I am expecting 70 Empress figures from the Kickstarter.

Among them are two packs of DEVGRU.
What uniform (camo pattern) did DEVGRU use in the raid on bin Laden's hideout?
Was it multicam or MARPAT desert or something else?

Thanks
Mick

The camp pattern worn by seals is called AOR1 or AOR2, depending on terrain. Comes in a desert version, and a foliage version...... Made by Crye....

And can only be worn by seals...... So a very exclusive Camo.....
Looks like desert Marpat but SO isn't......

But on a miniature...you'd be fine using desert MARPAT as a guide.  It's close enough pattern/colour wise.
