Title: Advice for painting Gurkhas.
Post by: gimzod on 21 February 2014, 03:11:06 PM
Hello gentlemen.

I'm working on some modern brits for my modern wargaming and i'm wanting to do a fire team up as Gurkhas. Does anyone know what paints to use for there skin and does anyone know if someone does a 28mm scale khukuri.

Thanks for your time.

I've been experimenting with Vallejo English uniform over a base of medium flesh lightened up with sunny skin tone with dark flesh in deep shadow it's still a work in progress

Beast for the Khukris. I'd try your usual flesh scheme then add a brown ink wash?
