I was recently given a nearly-full box of the first Reaper Bones. I was curious to see how they matched up to the lead and plastic I'm more familiar with. I wasn't expecting much. But I learned a lot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to convert.

I also discovered a good way to deal with clean-up I think - using combustion.

Thanks for looking. Hope this helps deal with the big boxes...

Looking really good!
Love the conversions, hadn't yet thought about using GW (or for that matter Mantic or WGF) skeleton heads on these for variation. might very well steal that idea if I ever do anything with them :p

Really nice work.
Good idea about a bit of flame.
Thanks.
