Title: Priest? Why not a nun?
Post by: Conquistador on March 05, 2014, 08:06:21 PM
Looking at the Mexican rebels list and it hit me what was missing on Page 40.  Nuns!

I grew up around Roman Catholics, (along with Orthodox Jews, but that is another story,) and believe me the Nuns (Capital "N" in the voice when spoken) were much more feared than the parish priest (he were not a slouch but if you wanted to inspire instant fear you would say, "what would Sister Angelina-Maria do if she found out?"  [Actual name not used lest I draw her "attention" from above.]   ;)

I propose Nuns be a one for one substitute for Priests.

Gracias,

Glenn

I believe it comes with a revolver and a Bowie Knife.. I mean ruler... as optional hands?

So, (one and only one) Iron Will, Fearless, Fanatic, or Inspirational?

Gracias,

Glenn

LOL, Terror isn't an option here but perhaps in reality...

Yes the reaper nun is a pretty stout figure, and comes with an optional hand with either a revolver or a ruler. I gave her the ruler. Much scarier that way.

I love the reaper nun. I have modified a couple of them and really wish Reaper would put out a couple of more.

Glenn, Eureka sell fat little grandma nuns. I use them as medics in my D com game. They dole out chicken soup and allow wounded to get back in the fight. Email nic about them. They are rather excellent and about as far away from sexy nuns you can get.

I used the contact part of the Eureka web site to ask about these.

No pictures om Eureka USA and either "these are not the ones" or no pictures on Eureka web site that I could find.

Gracias,

Glenn

WK has a great Nun, it is made for the Pulp era but who's to say that she wasn't ahead of her time.
Simple conversion to change out the guns.
