Title: Figure ID Please

Picked up a bunch of these for less than a cup of coffee at Cold Wars Flea Market.  Can anyone ID them?  The two outside figures are very similar, the 'officer' in the middle is slimmer and more detailed.  Thanks guys.

They are Eureka miniatures highlanders for FIW
