Title: Some old repainted ACW from Dixon miniatures

Hi all

New to this forum but I have been lurking around for a while. There are some very good painters on here so a bit intimidating to post pictures of the own works... But I thought I would show you some of my re-painted dixon miniatures ACW anyway. I also have a blog about my ACW wargaming. It is only about ACW and gaming in this era be it miniatures, boardgames, card games or what ever. As long as it is about ACW I write about it. Please feel free to pop over and read and maybe leave a comment or two.

Here is one of the old ones. He was painted for over 20 years ago.

Here is a northern soldier. He is also re-painted.

There are some more pictures at my blog but at the moment the blog has a lot of 10mm miniatures in it since that is my primary scale at the moment.

Nice repaints! I like the colour palette you have used. What we're the paints for the Union figure?

I really like to paint these old models, they are full of character and have good details on them. The picture are a bit bright, they are a bit darker in reality.
