Dear List Members:
am wondering if anyone can recommend any US military miniature lines circa 1960's to present day in 15mm/28mm to used as Morrow Project personnel.

I've been mulling this over myself. I went back to the original Morrow Project rulebook, and there is an mention in there that a number of bunkers were opened and re-equipped at later dates, so you could end up with a party who were put to sleep in the early 60s waking up to find 1980's vehicles and (depending on when the apocalypse happens) 1990's personal weapons and 1970's reconstruction kit.
So in other words, it depends on what you're after!
In 28mm, I think Brigade make some 1960's US types, plus there's The Assault Group for 90's style and Empress/Hasslefree would be my recommendation for ultramoderns. Depending on weather conditions where you set the game the new Scavenge Skirmish Survive winter militia might work out too.
Hope that helps some?

Timeline released a 4th edition rulebook which updates the Morrow Project,

Didn't Morrow Project personnel wear some sort of highly bullet resistant jump suits ? Some sort of superior kevlar. Don't know if this is still the case as i'm thinking back 20+ years.
Back in th late 80's we used to use Dark Future figures for MP personnel , but that would be difficult to do today , or at least costly .

Yes they still use them and the material is Resist Weave.

So are you looking for figures in Jump suits?
-
No as per above.

I'd second TAG as a good 'one-stop-shop' for Vietnam & modern figures; albeit that their original 'Modern US infantry' line is looking pretty blocky these days.
Gripping Beast have the MoFo range, which includes some Rangers for Mogadishu in '93.
Baker Company have a fairly extensive Vietnam range.
Mongrel miniatures did some 1980's US marines - possibly available through Badger games (miniatures?) or Newline Designs

In 28mm I'd use Crooked Dice minions they come equipped with various weapons. They also have HMG, Bazookas, Dog Handler's, Grenadiers, Flame throwers etc. Plus they come with separate heads as well so can be posed or have different heads.

In 15mm, Battlefront have some Americans, and Flytrap Factory have some Vietnam and 21st century troops.

The bunkers were regularly upgraded whilst teams were in cryogenic suspension, so depending when the 'Fall' happens you can use figures from any period you want.
For the resistaweave as it was (iirc) a body suit, they could wear any type of uniform over the top.

I have been checking out the Peter Pig AK-47 Republic range they have several packs that work very well for Morrow Project Personnel especially in the regular quality infantry.
