We tried IHMN with 3 players for the first time and it was tremendously good!
I wrote an AAR on our blog for those who are interested: http://tableterror.blogspot.de/2014/03/in-her-majestys-name-premiere.html
We played a match of 275 points per company.
Participants were the Society of Thule, Defenders of Moscovia and the Chiswick Chaps Cricket Club who had to CATCH THE PIGEON (Scen. 9.1.9) in THE SHUNTING YARD (setup 10.12).
Here are a few images of the game for a preview:

A big thank you to Craig for mentioning our little adventure on one of the most important blogs around the www.

Well Sir, you are going to be supposed to do them on your own like I did.

You scratch built them :o You are a master builder now how about a little "how to" information? Did you cast the parts? Did you use foam core? Inquiring minds want to know.

It´s made of brick pattern foam in O scale by HEKI. Have a look here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=25703.0

You should consider making these on commission for people, they really are of a professional standard.

I've just started to organise a 300 point 3 player IHMN game. Although seeing your terrain I can't hope to match it. Its really helpful to see how others set up their boards as it helps when you come to planning your own.

Wonderful scenery and very fine figures.
