Hi there!
Does anyone perhaps produce something that could look like tires stuck into the dirt or lying in piles as depicted in many instances of modern day African shanty towns?
I was thinking of maybe using very small but thick o-rings? Anyone tried that?!

You could try £store vehicles and steal their tyres/wheels.

I got a couple of bags of rubber tires made for HO scale stuff pretty cheaply from a model railroad online store. Each bag had 24 tires. Here is what I did with them (and some HO scale 'junk').
