Hi
This is a project log for my Strange Aeons models. I decided to look into mythos wargaming sometime last year, found Strange Aeons and started to pick up bits for playing it. I've made a start with basecoat-and-wash standard on the first models.
British expedition encountering Hastur cultist Thugees in jungle ruins:

Byakhees and an avatar of the King in Yellow await to back up the cultists. (I've a second robed dude and a ton of tentacles to stick together to make a "manifested" version with.)

And, the local fauna isn't friendly. Man eating plant and plant infested zombies and a mummy, plus some gravestone objective markers.

The to-do heap.
Bottom-left: armed Victorian British police. Above them: American mobsters. Middle: 20's zombies, rats, swarms and treasure markers. Right side: two groups of cultists, seperated by a guy in a straightjacket with tentacles sprouting from his back. Top: godling, servitors, dark young, qu-sh-ug, rebased ancient osheroth and his tentacles, y'golonac, and the abomination.

Bottom: Deep ones, squidhead and a couple of selkie types. Middle-left: Ghoul clan. Middle-right: Tcho-tchos and statue of Chaugnar Faugn. Top: Killer scarecrows, pumpkin golems, and swarms of crows.

I might have picked up more than I'll ever paint... :D

And, I wanted to paint something for the Lovecraftian Painting Circle, but didn't get this account authorised in time to contribute.
So, from the depths of abomination, chibi avatar of Yog Sothoth, and chibi avatar of Shub Niggaurath:

Nice looking collection you've got there. I spy with my little eye a Qu-Sh-Ug too. I love that model sooooo much; can't wait to see what you do with it

Great Progress!

Doesn't look like you just started, it looks like you have already descended into madness! :o Great collection for lots of variety.

:o :o
That is quite a pile that you have already.
It makes me feel better about my own pile of 'unfinished' stuff for SA.
So much better!
:D
Good luck with it all.
;)
And welcome to the madness, sir.
I have a feeling that you will like it here.
:)

Thank you, chaps. I've been lurking here on and off for a little while, but hadn't got round to joining in.
It'll be a little while before I get more painted, as I've got a number of other things on the painting table, but it will happen. Oh yes.

Those chibi gods are exquisite!!! Canny observers may have noticed my Super Dungeon Explore stuff in the LPL this year (several more entries worth before it is all over...) I can't believe I will get to combine my secret love of chibi stuff and cthulhu stuff. The world is just a (cute) little bit more weird than it was this morning! o_o
Must get these models...are there more? Where do they come from???
???

That's a large collection! Looking forward to seeing it painted!

...I am sure a little detective work should reveal all.

As Mason says, Impact. They also recently did a kickstarter for chinese myth inspired chibi, and they've had the stuff from the first chibi kickstarter they did (mostly fantasy, but some mythos models) on sale since last summer. I picked up a couple of the chibi things when picking up some fantasy football models. Lovecraftian fantasy football models...
