Hi!
As I'm going to scratchbuild some plot points for Pulp Alley, I'm searching for any picture/model/etc to have an idea (read: shameless copy).
Thank you for your hints!
Ciao

Looks pretty easy to scratchbuild!

Bits and parts from derelict electronics are your friends here. I present my gallery as inspiration:

Scratchbuilt from a plastic water hydrant, some GW Rhino spareparts, a plastic stand from a spacecraft kit, Tamiya 1/48 fuel drum and a die cast pencil sharpener naval gun:
Zis reads "Caution! Power-ray: Stay behind screen while it works", Herr Oberstleutnant.
Zere is only one lever wiz an on and off position. Currently it is "off".

So tell me Unteroffizier Krämer, what comes next?
What says ze manual?
Zere is nothing in particular, Herr Oberstleutnant. Herr Hauptmann, did you find anyzing?
Regretfully not, Unteroffizier. One of us must do it. Achtung Unteroffizier Krämer! Stand up and switch that lever!

The secret KSK-Kraftstrahlkanone (power ray gun) in its prototypical version. The gun should arm the Haunebu flying discs or "Reichsflugscheiben". I built it from a pencil sharpener I got from guild member James Forrest and various plastic parts from my bits box for a game we´ll have tomorrow. I started it yesterday after work and finished it just an hour ago. That´s perhaps the fastest model build I´ve ever done. No spectacular paintjob, mainly some drybrushing and a lot of washes and some detail painting here and there, but I quite like the look of it now:

@Michi, I'm always incredulous about the tiny level of details you're able to put in your - beautiful - models! :-*

This from a man who disembowels innocent bystanding appliances in his obsessive pursuits of perfect terrain?

TEROSICET Mk. XVII
by Spielorjh
"The purpose of a telescope is to bring far-away objects up close so you can examine them. Nobody would dispute that assertion. Now, as long as, say, your arch-rival is up so close , it's the perfect opportunity to do him in. Fitting your telescope with a bayonet is merely the simple and elegant continuation of that principle. Merely point, focus, and STAB STAB STABBITY STAB STAB STAB until you rule the world and Show Them All."
Tis well known that Civilized Man's last resort is to the bayonet, since once it breaks your weapon is merely a club...
&, once again, I find my self uncomfortably in agreement with Mad Lord Snapcase, who persists in getting the first, and sometimes the last, word in before I do. Something about GMT as I understand it, for he's certainly not nearly as brilliant as I am.
Simply fantastic!

Remgain, thanks for launching this diabolical topic!!
