Title: back to wargaming after 24 years
Post by: meuziau on April 19, 2014, 03:23:14 PM
Hi all,Cleaning up the loft and found an unopened box "Ready made army by The Guardroom Westphalian Napoleonics". Well just had to open and full of minifig 15mm figures from 1989. That was around the time my wargaming days came to an end. Well looks like I am going to have to start up once more.  I presume lots has changed since I last marched with Napoleon. Rules, paints, brushes etc here I come.

Welcome back. I had quite a few periods of 'growing up' but have fortunately put all of that behind me  :D

Welcome back.

Breath deep, don't rush, take a while to look around and adjust.

When you're ready, pull up and easy chair, there's a glass and a cigar waiting for you - much has changed, but most hasn't.

It's been a while - but you know how to roll dice don't you?

You'll be fine!

You never left mate - just had an extended painter's block. Get back into it.
Cheers.

Fortunately/unfortunately the basic human player has not changed (except maybe for we old timers being a 'senior' now relatively to many...)

Gracias,

Glenn

Who has been around for a while...
