Title: Italian Blackshirt Fez heads?

I am looking at building/converting a small unit of Italian Blackshirts for the 1930s but I have failed to find suitable heads wearing the distinctive felt fez with a long tassel. Any recommendations for suitable heads to chop off?

I was pretty sure West Wind Productions had a set of separate heads wearing ... Fez ... Fezzes (?!?!) ... those type of hats. Can't find them on their website anymore though - not sure if they are oop nowadays.

unfortunately these are not the correct type...sorry to be picky but they need a long tassel and the fez is soft and worn on tha back of the head like this:

Not even Tommy Cooper could help you there. Oddly enough in 1/72 the old ESCI NATO troops box has some Bersaglieri wearing that exact soft 'fez'.

I'd try seeing whether Mirliton or one of the Italian companies has anything.

The FIW is an interesting idea but they seem to have a cloth tassel rather than the wanted string type. I think I will try with some Foundry or Perry ACW heads or maybe attach a tassel to the proposed GB WW1 Fez heads
