Mike, excellent set up, and I love the detail on these! Nice shields and shading, but my favourite part is the headband!

Thanks, Joe! I appreciate you saying that. This is definitely a tight contest...the Tsar's gladiators are very nicely done. Funny thing...I was just remarking to a friend how none of my matches were close...it seems I either lost big or win big -- ha, ha! Be careful what you say, eh...?  :-X :-X :-X

I like both of these quite a bit.

The raid scene is great- reminds me of the intro to Conan the Barbarian. Very nice details on the riders :)

Thanks, Tsar, as are your gladiators. Nice rally on the votes...! I am still 8 votes shy of squeezing out a Draw as of Saturday afternoon.... :o :D

Funny thing, I hadn't even thought of that scene when I staged it. I was just trying to picture a raid by unpaid barbarian foederati on a Roman village...using the buildings and stuff I have already. Now, if I could just get a standard with two snakes rearing up, facing each other, joined in the middle.... lol
