Westwind have one in one of their Gothic Horror packs. In the circus freks pack. He dies wear a bag over his head though:

There is a pathetic attempt by Horrorclix whose height I don't know having only seen images.

Who does not recommend it only because I have not seen it "in plastic" and they vary erratically.

Not impressed by the images...
