Here are three new figures from Steve Barber's samurai range. The group of three colorful figures are converted versions of the wrapped-head/sword-armed figure.

They look really nice. Where did you get the flowers for the bases from?
-
The flowers are from the German company Green Line. Steve has them on his site, so I figured I'd give'em a try.
The Green Line stuff seems a little more flimsy than Army Painter, but GL had more color options for flowers as well as taller (+10mm) grass tufts, which is great for these larger figures.

Lovely work :-*
Ganbare! And show us more :)

Here's another yamabushi with a headswap using the head from the samurai shown above.
This yamabushi is also armed with a naginata instead of the bo.

Here's the last figure from the current group of samurai that was on my table.
Here's also a group shot of my Edo period street gang. Time to fight!

Seven Samurai was one of my all time favorite movies.
Have you thought about perhaps some villagers with sharpened bamboo sticks?
The tall guy with the giant hammer was my favorite. lol

You mean like these? :)
