Title: Crooked Dice: Department X IN STORE NOW
Post by: uti long smile on 06 May 2014, 06:13:41 PM: Six new Department X sculpts by Ernst Veingart. Pandora King and Hugo Solomon lead 4 X-Commandos, 2 with Rifles, 2 with SMGs. Off for mastering this week. Out in June.

Yep - the troopers have separate heads on the tab as per usual. The new Pandora has an alternate gun hand too.

Two have SLRs and two have MP5s. These weapons were in use in the general period we cover, but we also thought it might help extend the appeal to other moderns games and those mad enough not to just play 7TV ;)

Yep! August will see an Advanced Weapons crew (two man), General Gordon and Big Tam Frazer.

The sculpt of the 'dandy' looking fellow is absolutely superb.

Must admit in view of the inspiration for these I would have preferred the Sterling as the SMG.

Any clues as to what the advanced weapon will be?

Bit jarring to have the dated SLR with the H&K. I'd have liked either both dated (SLR and Sterling) or both contemporary (SA and H&K). Still, great minis and the Dandy is the best I've seen.
