I know the current TO&E US marine rifle platoon TO&E (three squads, each of three fire teams, and a platoon command element with no platoon-level weapons).
But does anyone have the current US marine rifle company TO&E? Does it include a weapons platoon or weapons squads organic to the company HQ? Or does it rely upon battalion-level assets for light mortar and MG support?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know how accurate it is, but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organization_of_the_United_States_Marine_Corps#Ground_Combat_Elements_.28GCE.29

From talking to some of my buddies who are in the Corp. Its looks pretty accurate to me. Of course its not factoring in, injuries, transpiration and other manning issues.

The most up to date info that I've been able to find in the public domain is this MCRP 5-12D:
http://www.marines.mil/Portals/59/Publications/MCRP%205-12D%20Organization%20of%20Marine%20Corps%20Forces.pdf
It dates back to 1998. I've asked around amongst some knowledgeable folks and no one can point me in the direction of a more recent edition although I'm sure there must be one.
