Title: Battle of Monmouth Courthouse - 28th June 1778
Post by: scrivs on 10 May 2014, 07:15:55 PM
I've had rather a busy week and not had much to update the blog with these past few days.

However that changed yesterday evening when James M, James W and myself were invited over to Steves house to play a rather spiffing game of Black Powder with his extensive and lovely American War of Independence collection.

A report with an order of battle and more shots of Steves lovely terrain and figures is on the Scrivsland blog (http://scrivsland.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/battle-of-monmouth-courthouse-28th-june.html)

Most excellent - georgeous figures, terrain, buildings and table!!

How many figures are you using to a base (they appear to vary)?

Very nice table and figures  :-* :-* :-*

I'm assuming that this is the Steve from Steve's painting shed blog?

cheers

James

Thanks chaps.

It is indeed Steve from the Painting Shed who varies the number of figures on a base to a scheme of his own devising.

Even more inspiration, thank you.  All I have to do is build, assemble and paint all the components. Nothing to it at all!

Great looking game.
