Looking through some notes last night (no books to check) I think there is a company that doesn't have any figures with the "Leadership" Talent.
Whether or not that is just a (likely) lapse in my notes, it struck me that there might be a theoretical situation where a group of figures acts as a Company tactically (Semi-intelligent autonomous Giant Insects inhabiting a site where there is an item the players want to retrieve/utilize/destroy/neutralize,) without any actual "designated" leader.
Is that possible? What would be the advantage/disadvantage of such an unusual situation?
Gracias,
Glenn

Every published company has at least one figure with the Leadership talent (waits for the stampede of pedants towards their copies of the rules to pass lol).
However, if you didn't field a leader for the reasons you stated the main disadvantage would be that you would have no bonus to add to your initiative rolls.
