Hi guys just finished Top Malo for my 20mm Falklands collection, all scratch built by myself, pleased with the result. Dougie

That is a thing of beauty Dougie. It's been great following the WIP, too.
This will look stunning on your Falklands boards! :-* :-* :-*

(...)pleased with the result.(...)
And damn well you should. Quite an excellent piece - very nice stains on the walls, and the base looks rather Falklandish, in a wind-swept, only-the-sheep-to-keep-you-company-way. ;)

Bloomin' marvellous piece of work. I love seeing your terrain and figures Dougie. :D

Very nice! Are those Wills' corrugated plasticard sheets?
-
Very nice Dougie. :)

Indeed. Top notch that is. 8)

Awweeesome. Nicely done! Beautiful scratch build.

Brilliant. My Dad was posted to the Falklands and was continually complaining about the freezing cold wind blowing in under the walls of the corrugated iron shack that was his home for 6 months. That really does look the part!

Great building and painting :-* :-* :-* :-*
Checked out you blog for the first time, Loads of great stuff on there. The 10 mm stuff is amazing.

Finally you´ve finished it Dougie! Great work as always. There are very few who manage to built terrain of the same quality they paint miniatures or vice versa - you are one of those of course!

Thanks for the kind words guys, the wriggly tin is wills finecast ;)Dougie

Indeed. What you really need are before and after versions.

I was there in 1984 and all that was left was the chimney and bullet riddled wriggly tin, I could knock one up I suppose, noext up are some peat diggings and a storage shed ;) Dougie
