there seems to be some concern about the actual availability of these figures. Will they be buyable or are they just for those who pledged to the kickstarter?

The exclusives are only available to kickstarter supporters. I believe the Drop Troopers (not shown) will be made available.

How is Gretel's face?  The left side of mine seems to be very soft on the details.

Update #38 for the Incursion kickstarter says there was a problem of slippage on some of the Gretel minis. They also state that any backer who pledged for the metal Gretel exclusive will receive an additional, corrected mini to replace it. This mini will be sent with the main shipment.

Wow impressive paint work. I went in for Buckets of Blood, but I couldn't afford the upgrade to metal, so it looks like I'll be waiting until 2015 for my toys. :(

Finished today my 2nd incursion set
complete with everyting possible to play snafu and kickstarter.....

Wow that is a lot of painting. I'm envious, but didn't want to pay the extra dough for the metal upgrade.
