The first four of ten Jagermonsters for my VSF Prussians.

I started with some Artizan Designs Mexican Infantry and did a head and hand swap with some GW Ghouls.

I have to agree with the positive comments. They are very imaginitive and well executed.
You've got me thinking about using the heads from some spare Orcs with suitably daft hats added, grafted to some old OG British figures >:D
Sadly, of course it will be years before I have time to start them :'(
As a devotee of silly hats I can only applaud you, Sir! lol

The hats were made from the existing shakos on the figure. I just took a small round file to the barrel of the shako and wore away at it on each side until I had what would pass for a Czapka. Then I cut the hat off the head and then the head off the neck.
