Yes, it is.

The Doctor is terribly interested in all of this anachronistic stuff, naturally.

   I scratch built it. Pretty simple in 6mm, mostly a small block of balsa, with a bit of plastic strip for trim, and some paint to mark the windows, panels, etc.
