Here my warband of Chaos Marauders (from Border Town Burning unofficial supplement) for Mordheim.
The Background of this warband, is an ancient Tzeentch/Eagle cult (cult of Harakhthe) from the city of Numas (where living and undead live together) in Nehekhara. I used an egyptian style, with some conversions in "Thousand Sons" design.
My Chaos Marauders' Chieftain & Familiar
NeRiGaL al-Jinn al Numas abd Harakhte, leader of the Cult of Harakhthe (Tzeentch) from the city of Numas (kingdom of Nehekhara)

Love the use of the Wargods minis. Great job all round.
-
Very nice. In particular I like the skin on Adisa, the witch/mercenary.
Great work.
-
Thanks :)
I enjoyed to use different types of miniatures (and conversions) for my warband, not the boring plastic chaos marauders/warriors from GW.
I used miniatures from Reaper, Wargods of Aegyptus, Warmachine, WH40k, Freeboter & Scibor. I played and enjoyed a nice mordheim campaign with these miniatures. :D

Having seen them develop slowly to a WONDROUS finale on T.B.M.F., seeing the completed War Band all in one fell swoop is quite a startling, dramatic entrance. No matter the presentation, they are VERY WELL DONE!

Very nice painitng.
Which manufacturer makes Adisa?

Absolutely beautifully done. I'm no fan of the ridiculous Chaos sculpts from GW so this is a really refreshing take on the rules/use. Very nice. I'd like to get some Mordheim in some time, been a while. Thanks for sharing!

Nice looking warband. Very well painted!
I like the sourcing you did for the different figs.

Thanks it's was a fun to create this warband, I like to do some personal work, so I'm sure nobody have a warband as mine ;)
I choice mordheim after I understand I could use all miniature I want from different producers (so not only some boring GW miniatures), the rules are nice too, but only If you play a campaign :)
I had more miniatures with an egyptian style that wait from years, so I considered how to use them. I finally decided to create a new warband, an ally that I could use with my usual Marauders of Chaos warband. I chose a Norse Explorer warband, because it's fine for the models I yet have and nice with the rules.
Here the pictures from the Norse Explorers warband, I include there because they have the same egypian/khemri bacground and style.

Although I now have Steve Martin's King Tut playing through my mind, the Egyptian Chaos followers are SPLENDIDLY DONE! The Ladies are STUNNING BEAUTIES...even Ulfwerener. GREAT WORK!
-
Lovely work and excellent selection of figures
-
Amazing work! I really like your selection of miniatures. The Wargods' minis are spot on. :-*
-
Excellent theme, I always like to see people trying Tzeentch or Slaanesh. Spot on! Just goes to show how stupid GW are in the failure to exploit the potential of their own world.

Hi, this really great stuff :o :o , don't know how I missed that in the first place :(
I'd really like to know the manufacturer of the Tanis beastman (beastwomen actually) in the 3rd picture ;D
cheers Thomas

Thanks. :) You have resurrected an old topic. ;)
The "Tanis" Beastwoman is from Reaper Miniatures, I just added an axe:

Thank you, I think I actually have that mini, but I did not recognise it (maybe because of the axe?).
cheers Thomas
