I am looking for a website on the internet that can give me a general listing of the parts in the Fort Apache Play Sets.

Try the Michigan Toy Soldier site?  They do some pretty comprehensive reviews on current and some out-of-print sets.  Or I find simply using google image search to be easiest (may find a high quality pic of the set).
