Okay,

I am looking for some good refrence material on TO&Es for WW2 platoons, can anyone point me to some recommended reading sources on this subject matter?

I would appreciate it...

Time was Micro-Mark (the tool people) published incredibly detailed TO&Es for pretty much every military in the universe. You don't hear too much more about them these days, but it would never hurt to call and ask.
