Just wanted to let you know we are in the final stages of having the first scenario book ready to go.
Here is the list of scenarios covered. Second book will be all about the Battle of the Marne and there is an early war East front book on the hot plate as well.
These scenarios are all set for GWSH II, but can be modified to use any set that is on a larger scale. Most of the Scenarios are historic with a couple using the best historical data available to give the player a chance to strike out when the historic orders at a strategic level did not allow for it.
BATTLE OF MULHOUSE
BATTLE OF HAELEN
BATTLE OF TIRLEMONT
ACTION AT MONT SAINT ANDRE
BATTLE OF MORHANGE
BATTLE OF HAMIPRE - LONGLIER
CROSSING OF THE SAMBRE
BATTLE OF ROSSIGNO
BATTLE OF NEUFCHATEAU
BATTLE OF VIRTON
MONS CANAL
LE CATEAU (RIGHT FLANK)
LE CATEAU (CENTER)
LE CATEAU (LEFT FLANK)
ACTION AT WASSIGNY
Cheers,
Shawn

Cool.
For those of us (me!) who are just getting to grips with WWI can you give an indication of which nationalities are involved in the scenarios ( I recognise Mons and Le Cateau as involving the BEF)
-
Certainly Fred :)
Muhouse - French and German
Haelen - Belgian and German (Cavalry)
Tirlemont - Belgian and German
Mont Saint Andre - French and German (Cavalry - much more open action than Haelen)
Morhange - French and German
Hamipre - French and German
Crossing of the Sambre - French and German
Rossignol - French and German (French Colonials)
Neufchateau - French and German (more French Colonials)
Virton - French and German
Mons Canal - BEF and German
Le Cateau (all scenarios) BEF and German
Wassigny - BEF and German
Hope that helps Fred :)

Excellent, thanks for taking the time to list all of them.

No problem at all - and I missed one :/ - The Battle of Guise - BEF versus German.
So a pretty descent mix of Western Front nations involved. I am also working on a Liege game that likely won't make it in to the book but I will probably post on the GWSH II Yahoo group.
