Awesome. And to stay in theme, let me show you this miniature a Dutch gamer made for me during a miniature exchange:

And yes...he sculpted and painted the model himself...!

This was me as The Shadow at a convention in April. Notice who just happened to be passing as the picture was taken...

Carlos,
It is the Rocketeer.
Go watch the movie and read the comics by Dave Stevens!
They are incredible Pulp inspiration and a while lot of fun!

Prof,

Jennifer Connley is so  :o in that movie.

Also, take the rocketpack off the bendy figure, cut it in half, add to a Curtis racer and you get this;

Here are some WiP pics of my latest project, another rocket plane for Pulp action.

Made from a 1/48 Curtis R3C racer, one Disney Rocketeer rocket pack from the 8" bend-em toy and some spatted wheels from a 1/48 AMT Lockheed Vega [horrible kit].

This will be the mount of that famous/infamous Aero Viking/Mercenary/Vigilante of the Sky, Lonestar!

Here are links to my prior pulp rocket plane.

Thanks.
They are pricey but very nice.
It reminds me of this one next to my lovely Missus that I saw at the Huntsville Space Center ;
