Lost South Pacific Adventures is a blog fiction venue similar to The Campaigns of General Pettygree or Campaigns in Germania.

Stories advance by briefly captioned photos of actual tropical places I've visited accentuated by other photos of historical miniatures on my tabletop. There is some light narrative too. Think of it as a movie serial from more a half a century ago. Today's television movie sequels are similar. Perhaps it is an easy to enjoy blog book.

1st. Story: 15,000 Miles From The Past.

Chapter 1: The Last Naval Battles (November 1918) partially sets the stage at the Island of Malabascar. You won't find the island on any naval chart.

The next chapter will appear in August 2014 followed by others in due course.

I could go on but the best thing is to repair to the blog now and see for yourself.

I hope you will enjoy the first suspenseful chapter, leave a comment there and return for exciting future developments. You've not seen anything like this before.
Respectfully,
Bill
PS Can you identify the island?

It might be worth you giving this a quick read as you are new to the forum.

What you are doing looks good but perhaps share a bit more of it on the forum as well.

We have no hard and fast rule about using LAF to promote peoples' own/blog/figure range/rules, or whatever... but I imagine that if people commented on someone's blog just to include a link to their own, that someone might get upset by that. Same thing in a way.
As the thread linked to shows, people at least generally see it as bad etiquette. :)
All that aside, it is the sort of thing I like to see, so well done that man. 8)

Thank you Mr. J., Juergen mon ami, Arlequin sahib, Marine 0846 and Section 8!
I sincerely appreciate your remarks, interest and happiness about the story. Thank you very much. The next chapter will appear in August and I am excited about it. It will take history where it has not gone before.
Respectfully,
Bill
