Just finished painting these beauties from the most excellent Kingsford Miniatures and Perry Miniatures! Tokyo Rose (WIP) and her merry band of ninjas. I have enough to make two gangs and a couple of Sidekick/Allies...Rose being the leader of course! I was going to try and fiddle a Terror/Gang but Gangs =Allies (2 points). Dunno... Maybe I'll still try and make one. A Terror/Gang sounds fun! ;)

Got a better image of the leader? The glare's right on her in that photo. What's she from?
-
Very nice! I like the blue highlights on the black.

I remember that song but that might be the second best video ever! I've totally forgotten where she comes from. A Cthulhu Female Adventurer of some kind. I'll take a better pic when she's done ;). Look forward to mauling Peabody with these... Or maybe the manufacturer if he's not chicken... Buckbuckbuck ;D

Dang! I was going to post pics of my Mega Minis "Kung Fu" figures I use for my Pulp games. They wouldn't hold a candle to those beauties, though. So, I'll just go over in the corner and sob. Don't mind me... lol lol lol

Hmmm...
QUITE interesting, if only 'cause tis easily provable...
Conservation of Ninjutsu
In any martial arts fight, there is only a finite amount of ninjutsu available to each side in a given encounter. As a result, one Ninja is a deadly threat, but an army of them are cannon fodder.
~~TL/DR~~
Also known as The Law of Inverse Ninja Strength: Threat Per Mook = O(1/N) where N = number of Ninjas (or other "Elite Adversaries"), that is, the threat per mook tends to decrease fast enough so total ninjutsu cannot grow, assuming arithmetic additivity of threat.
Careful study of all three major primary sources, comic books & movies & TV, clearly reveals innumerable instances of these irrefutable truths.
I am NOT sayin' Gary painted TOO many ninjas...
BUT,
Valerik
never claimed to be a mathemagician
EDIT: my miserable spellin'
-
But maybe they can win if I have just a FEW MORE! >:D
-
I'll have to finish painting my Tong to fight your Ninjas, Gary.
-
OK... But I'm going to insist that you use ALL your Tong against only one Ninja lol

There ya go!! Good thinkin' Gary!!
With The Law of Inverse Ninja Strength on your side, you can't lose!!

My Eastern inverse ninja style will defeat your Western style!! (Please apply bad English lip sync)
-
Shocking display of poor manners exhibited by your Ninjas Gary42! Buckbuckbuck? Is that Ninja talk for the manufacturer (me) to bring my band of not so merry men to stomp all over your precious tea ceremony? If it is, then I'm buckbuckbuck! lol
On a more serious side, those are very lovely pj on the ninja and the dame ain't bad too!
-
Awww Dave... Don't be so hard on yourself! I'm sure all your men are quite "Merry" lol
They are beautiful minis. Well done Dave! They will be well used! Glad that you can get a little cross-genre sales with these.

Where have I been? How have I missed this?! I blame it on brewing my Turner Kropinski blend for too long in the morning...
Superb looking group & I love the dame in charge; a clever and colourful addition to the League. :-* :-* :-*
-
I think the lady looks much better in red. Great job.
