So far I only got one American WWI figure so I decide to dig it out of the lead pile and have a try at painting it. It’s suppose to represent the Khaki uniform of the Army, not the greener tone of the Marines Corps…

What you think of the colors? Do it look right to you?

I think the colors look really good, although i don't have too much experience with AEF uniforms. Do you mind sharing the formula?
One thing I'd change: the boots and gun stock are too bright! Try putting a dark brown wash (maybe even a dash of green in the wash) to cool them down a bit.

Here are the colors that I used for the different parts of the figure. Each section start with the basic tone, the midtone and the final highlight when used. All the colors used are Vallejo Model Color unless otherwise stated.
Helmet; Reflective Green (890), Russian Uniform (924), Russian Uniform and Buff (976) mix
Uniform; Reflective Green, Khaki (988), Khaki and Buff mix
Equipments; Tamiya Flat Brown (XF10), Green Ochre (914), Green Ochre and Buff mix
Bayonet scabbard; Reflective Green
Shoes; Red Leather (818), wash of Tamiya Flat Brown
Rifle, wood part; Tamiya Flat Brown, Mahogany Sand (846)
Rifle, metal part; GW Chaos Black (with Tamiya Flat Base), Tamiya Medium Bleu (XF18)
Rifle sling and helmet’s chin strap; Red Leather
