Here another Pulp Alley Solo Game I played :)
Background:
193X somewhere in Central Italy
The Cabinet RS/33 received strange news about the vatican sending agents to find and seal an unknown creature.
The Legio Prometheus is sent to investigate. After some days of searching, the legio receive some rumors about a vatican agent hunting a "vampire" in a village near the ruins of an ancient medieval town.
The scenario is a death trap with some variants. I played for about 3 hours. 7 turns.

The legio has the iniatiative. Bellucci move and gain the first minor plot: the gypsy.
Gypsy: "Hi pretty young girl, do you want that I read your future in your hand?" ;)
Bellucci: "Not this time gypsy, come with me! You will be our guide in this dark village... resistance is futile..." >:D

Capitan Littorio and his bodyguard move to the wolves, ready to cross the periliuous area in the next turn.
Littorio "Follow me comrades! Some mangy wolves will not stop our advance!" >:(

The undead minions of Vampirella slowly move to intercept the intruders, while the ghoul king and one of the ghoul have a special mission, running to the children (minor plots). Vampirella run near the rat swarm (perilious area), ready for the next challange.
Vampirella "I sense the presence of some pitiful mortals that dare to challange me! Again! In this century there is NOT respect for nobility! They will be punished! :-[ Meanwhile... my loyal ugly ghoul servants... You MUST capture those delicious virgin children... their pure blood will refresh me... >:D
Ghoul king "As you wish my queen..." >:(

The ghoul rush one paratrooper and musolesi, however he is down but leave an injure to the paratrooper.
Musolesi "I HATE this job!" I yet avoid the normal fight and now I must confront with monsters and undead too?" :(

4 TURN
The ghoul don't recover and is ko.
The legio have the initiative, littorio and bellucci move for a better position and open fire. The paratrooper and Musolesi maintain the position and open fire too. The zombies are KO and the ghoul is down. The ghoul lose his minor plot so the child is free now.
Child "Mamma, mamma dove sei? (Mommy, mommy where are you?)" she say crying

The last ghoul is KO too.
Vampirella has the initiative and rush the injured paratrooper and Musolesi, while the Ghoul king run to join his mistress.
Vampirella "Soon you will regret to have disturbed me!" >:(
Musolesi is injured.
Musolesi "Ouch! I should listen the advice of the witch hunter and go away!" :-X

Littorio join the brawl, but the inhuman vampire avoids each damage she receive.
Bellucci open fire to the ghoul king, but unfortunatelly no damage is done.
Bellucci "Dannazione! (Damn) >:( I don't like the look of our incoming new friend Capitano!" :(
6 TURN
The paratrooper recover from is wound, while Musolesi not. The brawl continue, but nothing happen. However the ghoul king is running again and probably will join the brawl in the next final turn. Belucci try again to do some damage shooting to the ghoul king, but nothing happen.
Bellucci "Capitanoooooo... the BIG bad guy is near me now!" :'(
Littorio "I'm sorry my dear, I'm too busy trying to save my life to worrying about your problems... Continue to shooting and PRAY that this time he will go down!" >:(
Ghoul King "Ahhhh FRESH Meat!" ;D

Fram is right, vampirella didn't save the child, just kidnap her, so she could have fresh virgin blood to drink each day... "ahhh, NOTHING is better than some fresh virgin blood to start the night!" :D

the ghoul king try to rush bellucci, but fail the perilous area (the wall) and must wait.

negotiations last for hours, but finally they both find an agreement. Littorio back by his comrades and proclaims:
"My comrades, today will be the first day of a new advantageous alliance! Greet the Countess Lucrezia, nickname "Vampirella", leader of the newly formed "Legio MORS" (Death Legion)! I'm sure she will serve well the Cabinet RS/33. In return, she will receive the protection of our organization, who will ensure that the Vatican or other Vampire Hunters can not harm her..."
Bellucci "But... Sir! Form an alliance with a servant of darkness will break our good relations with the Vatican!" :o
Littorio "So be it. We will draw many more benefits from this alliance that by pleasing the Vatican..." >:D

The bot league of Vampirella won the scenario, she had 2 minor plots (the children) and herself (major plot), while my league had only one minor plot (the gypsy) while the other minor plot (witch hunter) was lost. However most of the minions of Vampirella were KO, just the ghoul king was at her side, so who know how the scenario could end if last more turns? ;)

I usually play at my countryside home in Savigliano, but this time I played in the little apartment of Limone Piemonte (about 1010m altitude).
I often go in limone for ski or snow shoe during winter and hiking during summer.

Limone Piemonte looks absolutely beautiful. I love walking in the mountains, maybe I'll get there one day. I haven't been in Italy since 1982. :'(
