Here are some photos of our latest multi-player BoB game. This 28mm Back of Beyond game designed by Dave O’Brien was set along the Trans-Siberian Railway in 1919. Colin Jack, Dave O’Brien and Hugh Wilson provided the figures. Hugh Wilson built the excellent terrain. We were using the Setting the East Ablaze rules. We had 7 players at the game controlling Red, White, Czech, Mongolian, Chinese Nationalist, Chinese Bandit and Japanese factions.

The game was played on 3 evenings over a period of a month and I missed the 2nd game as I was away on vacation.
I have added reports to my blog on game 1

Looks like a trainload of fun!
Is that S-Scale track you're using? It certainly looks close...
-
Very inspiring! And nice to get both trains and boats on the same table - what size is it? It must be huge.
-
Thanks for all the good comments.
I think the railway track is standard HO. The table is approx. 13ft 6in by 5ft.

Lovely looking game and very inspiring....love the Junk

Wonderful looking game and table. The table in particular caught my eye, so many twists and mini scenarios all around it. And the terrain is great, especially those junks. Are those scratch built? Superb!
-
Thanks - yes the junks were scratch built by Hugh Wilson.
