Total cost, £20 :) They will be used in BFG and Full Thrust (and hopefully Firestorm Armada...). Painted pictures up soon... :)

Yep... close ups are in order here.
From afar they look very nice, but like all gamers... we want to see the details! :)
-
Thanks all :) Close ups will be posted when I've finished painting them (hopefully by the end of the day...) :)
-
Oh, that is bootiful, that is.
-
awww, some unpainted close-ups could have been great to recognize the various components! :)
-
What a sound idea.
They look great!

I am massively impressed with what you've done. Makes me wish i played BFG.
Top work that man.

Very creative. I would never thought using 28mm monsters to make biostarships myself !
-
Definitely cool! Wanna see more :o. Quite inspirational, I must say.

Top work. Colour choice is right - dark but not grey/black.

Now I see why there is the sudden enthusiasm for BFG.... ;)
Mick: You are a bad influence on the lad.
Pack it in forthwith!

Yep, first time I saw them on sprue, 'those are ready to go!'
Now I see why there is the sudden enthusiasm for BFG.... ;)
As fun a rule set as GW came up with, gets a regular rebirth, whether the Evil Empire (tm) wants or no.
A kit basher in Spain has been making life exciting on TMP.

Pack it in forthwith!

Don't you dare! I'm not a BFG fan boy, but I AM a vacchead; all power to engines, FULL THRUST!
None of this namby pamby brace for impact for us. lol
Doug
Edit: Never mind, I see nogrim is here, already. Really, fond memories for BFG seem sleeping just under the surface of a LOT of folk!

Yup, same here. :)

Now I wish I had kept that big bag of tyranid bits I sold. I guess I will start looking for more bits now.
Great idea and very nicely implemented. Thanks for the inspiration.

I'll keep an eye out for spares as I'm packing for Lee's Summit. ;)
