In game and probably in history a bit like Polish cossack cavalry, but shabbier. Cheaper to raise, not quite as willing to engage in hand to hand combat. In game better scouts and truer light cavalry.

Tonight I finished the skirmish force that had these Wallachians as their scouts.
In game they will join previously painted troops for more punch, but here they are ready to be deployed:
