Title: Help me find this figure

I want to make this into a mini-diorama for my friend.  Perry has a close figure in 28mm, but I'm hoping for 40mm or such.

Front Rank and Trident Designs both have AWI ranges and I think they are fairly comprehensive  :)

Well, lookie there.  I hadn't heard of Trident Designs (but I've never looked at 40mm before).  This looks like a great start:

Nothing like finishing at the last second.  The basing is still wet, but it is done in time for Christmas...
