She is a GORGEOUS mini AND BEAUTIFULLY painted. GREAT WORK!

The mini is from Tin Man Minis' not John Carter of Mars range, I think.

Yep, that is indeed a Tin Man barsoom mini, wonderfully painted at that. Great skin, as has been mentioned.  :D
