Placed an order on the 10th October and the package arrived on my doorstep this afternoon - less than 5 days from the UK to Montreal, Canada 8) 8) 8) 8)

The Royal Mail->Canada Post trans-Atlantic connection is awesome, as is the high speed turnaround time of a lot of the UK-based companies!
Ground Zero Games has similar shipping times. Fans over on the long-running GZG-L mailing list wonder about their tame wormhole, and if anyone has ever gotten a shipment before ordering it. ;D

Norhtstar delivery is amazingly fast indeed.
Front Rank are also excellent... well, at least it was when I was located closer to Montreal (I was living in the Eastern Township back then). Some of my orders from them get to me in less than 5 days too!!! lol
