Nope, it's a white metal casting from a war-games manufacture who was at Salute this year

I personally have no idea, but maybe check the Superfigs catalog? They have a few oddball armored suit models.

Post by: Baron on October 22, 2014, 04:23:36 PM: I was at Salute and I'm convinced I remember seeing the same piece at the Troublemaker Games stand possibly associated with their range Timeline 300 and talking to them about how this miniature reminded me of a steam punk "Armoured Command Unit" from Supreme Commander.
I can't see it on their site though they had loads of test sprues and prototype pieces so it might be that this is one of those!

I think you're right, I've checked their Facebook page and the indegogo campaigns and although I can't find the exact model there are a lot of similar ones.
