Anyone know who makes this figure?

114 views and nobody knows who it's from?  Was bought from a trader at Salute this year if that helps.

Nope, it's a white metal casting from a war-games manufacture who was at Salute this year

What size base is it on?

I personally have no idea, but maybe check the Superfigs catalog? They have a few oddball armored suit models.

I was at Salute and I'm convinced I remember seeing the same piece at the Troublemaker Games stand possibly associated with their range Timeline 300 and talking to them about how this miniature reminded me of a steam punk "Armoured Command Unit" from Supreme Commander.
I can't see it on their site though they had loads of test sprues and prototype pieces so it might be that this is one of those!

I think you're right, I've checked their Facebook page and the indegogo campaigns and although I can't find the exact model there are a lot of similar ones.

Many thanks.

The exact same thing occurred to me. Good thing I followed 'it is better to be silent and let others wonder how much you know, than to speak and remove all doubt...'  :D [Edit: As did the other 113 other viewers... Hey, we tried!]

I must say, a bit of a unique occurrence for me...
