Title: Dimitri Olgiev - Cossack in 1919

A couple of weeks ago i run a "What shall i paint next"-Competition on my blog. The guys choosed a cossack-figure. So i painted Dimitri.

Good show and brother John looks suitably monastic too. The Cossack reminds me of someone you would see in the painting by Repin in which one sees the Cossacks drafting a Manifesto to the Sultan.

Anyone know where I can get my hands on  a copy of that mini, I seem to recall that they were being cast up due to popularity but can't remember the thread.
