He is from Crossover Minis [Super Soldier with Defender's head] and a Hasslefree Pulse Rifle swapped for his right hand pistol.
She is a Female Andromedan Hunter from Reaper sans top knot with a tau blaster swapped for the long rifle.
I have an armored version of her in the works for when she knows ahead of time she will be fighting. ;)
Now to actually play some games.
;D
Thanks for looking.

They turned out pretty nice.

Nice figures. Out of curiousity, do you play 5150 solo?
-
....do you play 5150 solo?
Not yet but I intend to. I have the 5150 New Beginnings version.
I have played Nuts, ATZ and Larger than Life solo and enjoyed those games a bunch.
-
I have a "Love/Hate" re;ationship with THW games. I really like the amount of detail in the backgrounds, especially the 5150 universe, but I've never quite gotten used to the game mechanics. I do play primarily solo.

Nice work :)

Love the Mercs. Simple but yet very effective conversions.
Cant wait to see the armored version of the female merc.
As for solo play, where you two located in your respective states?
Are there no other players in your area or near by?
Do you choose to solo play?

Grimm,
I'm in New Jersey. The THW rules are really designed for solo or co-op play, not head to head.

Thank you for the kind words all.
Thank you for the kind words everyone.

Yes, I choose to play mainly solo because there are few miniature gamers around here. I also have a gamer wife and we are rearing 2 gaming daughters. We play D&D RPG using the savage worlds rules and Pulp Alley together. We just starter the Perilous Island campaign. I am also teaching them how to paint. That pretty much takes up my scarce gaming time.

Well neither of you answered the first question.
And Nick you didnt answer any of the three questions.

Sorry Grimm, I'm in Western Tennessee about 15+ hours drive from New Jersey.

Grimm,
1. I am in South Jersey, about 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia.
2. My live opponent is my son in law, who enjoys gaming, but knows nothing about history.
3. My former regular gaming opponent had a falling out, and have not reconciled.
4. I have Sleep Apnea, and avoid driving at night, so that eliminates a lot of social gaming opportunities.

LOL the thought wasn't for the two of you to play each other. Just to get a line on where ya are. Maybe you got opponents near by.

I knew Jersey just not sure where. Living in south Jersey i am sure there are many clubs in the area Nick. What of the DAWG's. They just posted a comment on TMP yesterday. Several places in Philly and the area play.
And i thought my sleep apnea was bad. It doesn't keep me from driving at night. Just keeps me from sleeping. :-)
But there are stores in the area. Get some weekend daylight gaming.
Just hate to see when there are gamers who wanna game that are missing out. Especially when it might be for a simple reason.
But back on topic, i have derailed this one enough.
Where is the armored merc at? Been waiting far too long as it is now. :-)

She's in the que.
I had to knock out a pulp figure for my eldest daughter's PA league first.

I used to play quite a bit of solo Pulp Alley, but now I'm lucky enough to have a decent group of guys to play Pulp Alley with. FYI, their new Vice Alley book has several scenarios that also work quite well for solo-players.

Grimm, she's done and posted as #009 in the Future Wars Painting Club.
