Karl or Greame from Crooked Dice posted this up on FB and I thought this was something of interest to our community. If I'm wrong, or posted this in the wrong place, please let me know! :D

EDIT by Westfalia Chris (2014-12-16):
Here's a discussion on the Bleaseworld blog concerning the impacts of the proposed legislation:
http://bleaseworld.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/the-death-of-small-wargames-company.html
May I ask everyone posting in this topic to keep it calm and refrain as much as possible from delving into the politics aspect. I've left it open so far because the impacts are quite grave and far-reaching and thus of interest to the hobby community, but I will not hesitate to lock this thread if people feel the need to violate the non-politics rule.

Just bumping this to the top of the pile again, as 2015 is two weeks tomorrow ;D
They're talking about doing this for physical imports from 2016, which I suspect will be much more complicated :-[
